The Origin of Joyout®
The idea for Joyout, a brand for fitness, movement, and well-being, arose from my very own personal experience.
After my third pregnancy, I found it difficult to regain my former figure and to feel completely comfortable in my body. At the same time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to receive regular care from a physiotherapist or go to the gym.
I therefore began searching for a gentle but effective home training method. After intensive research, I decided to try the "Soft Weight Loss²" concept in combination with hula-hoop fitness – in addition to the jogging I was already doing regularly.
After only a short time, I noticed how effective this hula-hoop training was:
In just 16 minutes of training, I could burn up to 200 calories. My back pain significantly decreased, my stomach became firmer, my waist narrower – and above all, I felt energized, motivated, and good in my body again.
This experience deeply touched me. I thought to myself:
There are so many women like me who, after a pregnancy or due to other life events, want to firm their stomachs, lose a few pounds, and feel better again – without intense competitive sports, without pressure, and without overexertion.
This is precisely how the vision for Joyout® Hula Hoop was born.
I decided to develop my own brand that focuses on gentle fitness, everyday movement, and well-being. The Joyout® Fitness Hula Hoop was developed with the same features as the model that helped me – functional, effective, and suitable for everyday use.
Today, Joyout stands for fitness that brings joy, for movement that feels good, and for the confidence that small, regular steps can achieve great things.
